Author Fees

Applied Computer Science and Software Engineering (ACSSE), published by Zahira Studies, provides a fully free publication process for authors.

Publication Charges

Authors are not required to pay any fee from manuscript submission through publication. There are no charges for manuscript evaluation, peer review, editing, layout, publication, article processing, or online access.

Waiver Policy

Because all publication-related charges are set at zero, authors do not need to apply for a fee waiver. No author is charged for submitting or publishing an article in ACSSE.

Editorial Independence

The absence or payment of publication fees does not influence editorial decisions, peer-review outcomes, manuscript acceptance, or publication priority. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of academic quality, originality, relevance, and compliance with the journal’s editorial and ethical policies.

Future Changes to Fees

ACSSE currently has no submission, processing, editing, publication, or withdrawal charges. If the journal introduces any author charge in the future, the revised fee policy will be publicly announced on the journal website before implementation and will not be applied retroactively to manuscripts already submitted.
